Public preview help

Recover your next evidence workspace step

Use the direct action for your situation. Saved work stays available where noted, and Retry is safer than recreating a draft or workspace.

Early access is invitation-based. Full live-workspace capabilities are opening later.

Expired draft

An anonymous draft has expired and cannot be restored. Any work already saved in a workspace remains available after you sign in. Start a new source-linked preview for an unsaved request.

Failed restoration

A saved draft did not reopen. Your saved work remains available while the draft is valid. Use Retry when it is offered, then return to your saved work rather than starting over.

Return to saved work

Abandoned payment

Leaving a payment step does not remove a saved draft or workspace. Paid checkout is not open during early access, so no subscription or payment is started here. Return to your saved work when you are ready.

Return to saved work

Recoverable generation failure

A generation can stop before results are ready. Your saved request and workspace remain available. Use Retry in the workspace when it is offered so you do not lose the saved context.

Plan limits

A plan limit affects new paid work, not your completed saved work. During early access, paid plans are not open. Review the planned capacity before paid access opens.

Read-only expiry

When paid access expires, completed work remains available read-only and is never deleted. A shared view can expire separately for recipients. Paid access and sharing are not available during early access; return to your saved work instead.

Sharing failure

Sharing is not available during early access. When it opens, a sharing problem will not change the workspace, evidence, or notes you have saved. Use Retry from the workspace before creating another link.

Return to saved work

Monitoring failure

Monitoring is not available during early access, so no monitoring schedule or changes are created. Your saved workspace remains available; return to it when monitoring opens.
